This is an excellent opportunity for an RN looking for a flexible, independent side hustle with competitive per-appointment compensation and a fun, non-traditional nursing environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Administer IV hydration and wellness infusions in clients’ homes, offices, and hotels
  • Perform patient assessments and obtain pre-treatment vital signs
  • Start peripheral IVs and monitor clients throughout their infusion
  • Provide education regarding wellness treatments and hydration therapies
  • Complete concise electronic charting and documentation
  • Maintain excellent bedside manner and deliver a five-star client experience
  • Communicate effectively with the medical team regarding any questions or concerns

What We’re Looking For

  • Active California RN license
  • Strong IV insertion skills and confidence starting peripheral IVs independently
  • Comfortable working autonomously after training
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to drive throughout the South Bay
  • Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable with a hybrid schedule consisting of both scheduled appointments and occasional on-demand bookings

Preferred experience:

  • Emergency Department
  • ICU
  • Infusion Center
  • Pre-op/PACU
  • Aesthetic or concierge nursing experience

Compensation

  • Typical compensation ranges from approximately $80-$150+ per appointment, depending on appointment type, distance, and gratuities.
  • Mileage reimbursement for appointments outside our standard service area.
  • Flexible scheduling with no minimum fixed shifts.

Training

  • Paid onboarding and shadow training.
  • Most nurses are fully trained within approximately 3 supervised appointments.

Minimum Availability

We are seeking nurses who can commit to approximately:

  • 12+ hours of availability per week
  • Some morning, evening, and/or weekend availability
  • Ability to occasionally accommodate same-day bookings when available

Pay: $80.00 - $150.00 per hour
