Texas Licensed Telehealth Nurse

A company is looking for a Telehealth Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic patient care and support for medication adherence and disease management
• Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care plans for patients with multiple disease states
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient experience and continuity of care

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an unrestricted current compact license in Texas and ability to be licensed in multiple states
• 3+ years of clinical RN experience
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Candidate must reside in Texas
• RN Diploma, Associates, or Bachelors in Nursing
