Spanish Language Instructor

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Spanish Language Instructor to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality, engaging Spanish language lessons to adult learners, helping them achieve fluency for academic, professional, or personal purposes.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver structured Spanish language lessons (beginner to advanced levels)Develop lesson materials aligned with curriculum objectivesConduct both group classes and one-on-one sessionsAssess students’ progress and provide constructive feedbackAdapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning stylesSupport students in achieving language proficiency goals (speaking, listening, reading, writing)Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiativesRequirementsNative in Spanish (with strong familiarity with European Spanish language and culture preferred)Bachelor’s degree in Spanish, Linguistics, Education, or a related fieldRecognized teaching certification (e.g., ELE, DELE-related training, or equivalent) is preferredMinimum 2 years of experience teaching Spanish as a foreign languageStrong command of English (spoken and written) for instructional purposesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to engage adult learners in a professional training environmentPreferred QualificationsPrior experience teaching adult learners or professionalsExperience in curriculum design or structured language programsFamiliarity with CEFR standards
