SketchUp Drafter for High-End Residential Interior Design (Ongoing Freelance Work)

I need someone available right away.I am looking for someone who is fast, detail-oriented, organized, and takes pride in producing accurate drawings.

I am a small interior design firm in California specializing in high-end custom homes and large residential remodels. I am looking for an experienced SketchUp drafter to assist with ongoing project work.

This is not permit drafting. Our work focuses on interior architecture, custom cabinetry, kitchens, bathrooms, interior elevations, tile layouts, fireplace details, furniture plans, and detailed drawings for luxury residential projects that are visually appealing since its high end interior design

Responsibilities:

Build and update SketchUp models from AutoCAD files.

Create interior elevations and cabinetry drawings.

Prepare tile layouts and construction details.

Work from my sketches, CAD elevations, markups, and redlines.

Create furniture plans.

Produce presentation renderings for selected spaces.

Revise existing SketchUp models and create new elevations as the design evolves.

Keep all SketchUp files organized and up to date as revisions are made.

Requirements:

4+ years of professional SketchUp experience.

AutoCAD experience.

Photoshop experience.

Experience working on high-end residential projects.

Ability to produce photorealistic renderings as needed.

Excellent attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Strong communication skills.

Located in the U.S. or Canada is preferred to allow for easier collaboration during business hours.
