Lockheed Martin is embarking on a digital transformation journey through their 1LMX program, aiming to reshape operations and business processes. They are seeking a junior ERP Business Analyst to contribute to process and systems transformation within Financial Accounting and support the implementation of the 1LMX vision for Finance.


Responsibilities

  • Helping to drive all Functional Specifications to finalization
  • Supporting testing (Functional Unit Test, String Test, Integration Test, test script writing, organization/ coordination, status tracking and defect resolution)
  • Helping to define Business Process and Business Roles
  • Supporting the definition and creation of End User Training
  • Helping to execute 1LMX Planning and Status Tasks

Skills

  • Understanding of the Financial Accounting processes and policies
  • Ability to lead financial projects
  • Ability to collaborate across BAs and technical/function workstreams
  • US Citizenship is required due to program requirements
  • Experience with the Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, or Product/Material Costing process, especially in SAP
  • Experience with 1LMX
  • Ability to travel
  • Self starter and eager to learn

  • This role is fully remote, but will require occasional travel (up to 20%).
  • Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
