Plant Maintenance Mechanic - Facilities

Perform routine maintenance tasks on all plant equipment, including but not limited to HVAC systems, boilers, and other mechanical equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues and develop solutions to resolve them. Conduct regular inspections of plant equipment to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns. Complete repairs and replacements of faulty or worn-out parts in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks. Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices to continuously improve maintenance processes. Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members to report progress and any issues encountered. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Provide support and guidance to junior maintenance technicians. Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
