We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Trade Show Warehouse Associate to help prepare materials for trade shows throughout the year. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for temporary project-based work with advance notice of upcoming assignments.

Schedule

  • As-needed temporary assignments
  • Typical schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Most assignments last approximately two weeks (30-40 hours per week)
  • Primary busy season is January through March, with approximately half of the year's 34 trade shows occurring during that time.
  • Additional work is typically available for up to one week in August/September.
  • Employees will be notified well in advance of upcoming assignments.

Responsibilities

  • Pack products, displays, and marketing materials for trade shows.
  • Prepare pallets and large shipping boxes for shipment.
  • Maintain accurate packing lists using Microsoft Excel.
  • Verify that all materials are packed correctly and shipped on time.
  • Organize and stage trade show materials for shipping.
  • Assist with loading, unpacking, and inventory of trade show supplies.
  • Keep the warehouse organized and clean.

Qualifications

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
  • Quick learner who can work independently after training.
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills (data entry and updating packing lists).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse.
  • Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or packing experience is preferred but not required.

Pay

  • $18.00 per hour
