<p>About Bonbrain LLC</p><p><strong>Bonbrain LLC is a mobile app studio based in Georgia, focused on building and growing </strong>iOS applications on the App Store. We currently operate 4 live iOS apps and work with a distributed team including freelance developers and QA.</p><p><br></p><p>We are hiring a part-time Project Manager to own release coordination, sprint execution, and day-to-day product operations across our app portfolio.</p><p><br></p><p>Role Summary</p><p><strong>This is a </strong>hands-on mobile app PM role, not a general marketing or ASO position. You will coordinate releases, manage priorities, and keep development moving — working directly with leadership and our remote development team.</p><p><br></p><p>Schedule (required):</p><ul><li>Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (ET)</li><li>~15 hours per week</li><li><strong>100% remote (U.S.-based)</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><em>Release & Project Management (primary)</em></p><ul><li>Coordinate iOS app releases end-to-end (planning → TestFlight → App Store submission)</li><li>Manage sprint tasks, priorities, and deadlines</li><li>Track bugs, triage issues, and coordinate QA testing</li><li>Maintain release checklists across 4 apps</li><li>Weekly written status updates</li></ul><p><br></p><p><em>Cross-Functional Coordination</em></p><ul><li>Bridge between leadership, development, QA, and creative/marketing</li><li>Support App Store metadata updates when needed for releases</li></ul><p><br></p><p><em>Light Growth Support (secondary, ~20%)</em></p><ul><li>Monitor App Store analytics and user reviews</li><li>Flag ASO opportunities (not primary responsibility)</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Requirements (must-have)</p><ul><li>U.S. Citizen or Green Card — no visa sponsorship</li><li><strong>Form I-9 and W-4 for W-2 onboarding</strong></li><li>Mobile app release experience (iOS preferred)</li><li>App Store Connect hands-on (TestFlight, submissions)</li><li>Jira / Linear / Trello / Asana / Notion</li><li>Remote distributed team experience</li><li>9 AM – 12 PM ET, Mon–Fri availability</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Strongly preferred</p><ul><li>Freelance or remote developer coordination</li><li>iOS dev lifecycle basics</li><li>Mobile app studio / startup background</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Not the right fit if you…</p><ul><li>Only marketing/social media background</li><li>Never used App Store Connect</li><li>Need visa sponsorship</li></ul><p><br></p><p>What We Offer</p><ul><li>W-2 part-time, $18–20/hour</li><li><strong>100% remote</strong></li><li><strong>Live products with real users</strong></li></ul>
