Represents clients ranging from large logistics companies to local providers, insurers, and adjusters. Small team with a growing caseload and a supportive, team-oriented work environment. The Role Title Associate Attorney – Defense Personal Injury (Commercial Auto & Premises Liability) Caseload 70% commercial trucking and motor vehicle defense; remainder in premises liability and related matters. Duties Manage a docket from intake through trial. Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial work. Travel for case requirements (typically within DFW; occasional statewide). Participate in approximately 1 trial per month. Requirements Licensed in Texas. Location Within 2 hours of Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex (no relocation offered). Minimum 3 years of defense personal injury litigation experience (commercial auto preferred).
