Approximately 80% of this position is dedicated to leading and developing a quota-carrying team to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Success in this role requires strong performance management, structured coaching, pipeline rigor, and the ability to elevate individual and team execution.<br/><br/>The remaining 20% of the role offers the opportunity to partner cross-functionally to improve merchant adoption and utilization of our lending solutions.
