About the Role Our client, a respected healthcare facility, is seeking compassionate individuals for a Hybrid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Apprenticeship in St. Louis, Missouri, US . Key Responsibilities Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Observe patients' conditions and report any significant changes to nursing staff. Provide basic care such as changing bed linens and ensuring patient comfort. Maintain a clean and safe patient environment. Document patient care activities accurately and promptly. Adhere to infection control policies and procedures. Participate in all required training sessions, both online and in-person. Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Compassionate and patient demeanor. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and assisting patients. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including some weekends and holidays, at our facility in St. Louis, Missouri, US .
