Field Service Tech

<p>Troubleshoots and resolves customer problems in a professional and efficient manner. This involves travelling throughout the world to various customer sites. Tests filters and equipment to verify compliance to established specifications. This includes performing visual weld exams, pressure decay, bubble leak, liquid penetrant, hydrostatic, DOP, Freon testing, face scan, velocity profiles, room particle counts, etc. Orders replacement parts or filters to perform repairs or reworks in the field. Performs necessary rework/repairs of products at Job Sites throughout the world. Fields Customer complaints and develops solution to satisfy Customer while keeping Flanders best interests in consideration of Field Solutions. Implements Corrective Actions at Plant Level to address issues discovered in the field. Trains Plant Personnel to the extent necessary to ensure that Lessons Learned in the field are implemented properly at the Plant Level.
