Job Description Job Description We are seeking 1 highly experienced, certified Auto Mechanic to take on a lead role in our repair shop. This is not a standard hourly job — instead, it’s a profit-sharing opportunity, where you’ll earn 30% of the shop’s profits. Responsibilities Perform advanced vehicle diagnostics (engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, electrical, etc.) Carry out repairs and full maintenance services (oil, brakes, tires, fluids, etc.) Road-test vehicles to confirm repair quality Keep accurate records of parts, labor, and services Maintain a professional, organized, and safe workspace Lead by example and uphold high standards of workmanship and customer service Requirements MUST have certifications (ASE or equivalent) Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience as an auto mechanic/technician Own full professional toolset to independently run shop operations Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Valid driver’s license Resume preferred (not required), but a phone call and in-person interview are mandatory Available to start immediately — ideally this week Schedule Full-time Monday – Saturday (Sunday off) Shop hours: 10:30 AM – 5 PM Compensation This is a profit-sharing role (30% of shop profits). Income potential is higher than standard hourly pay: Example: If shop profit is $10,000 in a month → mechanic earns $3,000 Example: If shop profit is $50,000 in a month → mechanic earns $15,000 Earnings scale directly with shop performance, ensuring stable, strong pay even if income fluctuates.
