Strategic project lead and client source of truth for Turnkey booth development project

Report into Account Director for overall event specific direction and escalation path but operates in oversite role directing the project path holistically

Day to day point of contact for Google Cloud and Agency Partner leads

Workstream Management

• All workstream leads report up to this position and take project related guidance from this individual

Sponsorship Sales & Enablement Team Interlock

• Graphics
• Inventory
• Space Planning etc.

Budget Management/Tracker

• Develops and manages budget expectations
• Reports internally and externally on all budget related items
• Receives budget updates from all workstreams and provides direction and source of truth guidance to all as it relates to budget activities
• Is the internal point of contact for budget related questions
• Intimate knowledge and understanding of budget
• Reports holistic budget updates to Account Director

Meetings Management

• Creates and establishes meeting cadence
• Owns meeting schedule
• Creates and shares pre-meeting agenda and post meeting notes
• Leads all internal, external and client facing meetings
