Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and provide guidance on people-related matters. Lead a team of HR Business Partners to support and coach managers on employee relations, performance management, and talent development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive company-wide diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Monitor and analyze HR data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to leadership. Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels, serving as a point of contact for HR-related questions and concerns. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and policies. Manage employee engagement and retention efforts, including conducting surveys and implementing action plans based on feedback.
