Location: Remote (US Healthcare Project)

Engagement: Contract | On-Demand Hours | 6–12 Months

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Cisco Webex BYOVA Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Webex BYOVA solutions, ensuring seamless integration within complex IT infrastructures. You need to have experience implementing cloud telephony solutions and integrating AI Voice Agents (BYOVA) within Cisco Webex environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support Cisco Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center solutions.
• Implement Bring Your Own Voice Agent (BYOVA) integrations with Cisco cloud telephony.
• Configure call routing, IVR, and voice automation workflows.
• Collaborate with EPIC integration teams to support healthcare communication workflows.
• Troubleshoot telephony and integration issues.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Cisco Collaboration technologies.
• Experience with Cisco Webex Calling and/or Webex Contact Center.
• Experience implementing cloud telephony solutions.
• Experience integrating AI Voice Agents (BYOVA) with Cisco platforms.
• Strong understanding of SIP, VoIP, and APIs.
• Experience working with US healthcare providers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Cisco and EPIC integrations.
• Familiarity with FHIR and HL7.

Pay: Up to $100.00 per hour

• Healthcare: 2 years (Preferred)
