Lead the development and management of FedRAMP High and IL5 compliant products for Atlassian's government cloud solutions. Conduct thorough research and analysis to gain a deep understanding of FedRAMP High and IL5 compliance requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features and functionalities that meet the needs of government agencies. Develop and maintain a product roadmap for government cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. Work closely with engineering teams to guide the development and delivery of compliant products, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Serve as the subject matter expert on government cloud solutions and compliance, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with government agency partners and customers, gathering feedback and incorporating it into product development. Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to continually improve and innovate our government cloud solutions. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features, working closely with sales and marketing teams. Communicate product updates, progress, and compliance certifications to internal and external stakeholders. Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to drive product growth and success. Act as a product evangelist, promoting government cloud solutions and compliance capabilities both internally and externally. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in government cloud solutions and compliance, incorporating new technologies and best practices into product development. Ensure all products and features meet regulatory and compliance standards, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
