You will assist in interviewing applicants and in scheduling, and you will participate in orientation and in-service education training. You will be involved in performance reviews and enforcing personnel policies, and you will ensure compliance with regulations for documentation from physicians and nursing personnel. You will also help with care planning, Continuous Quality Improvement, and make sure proper infection control techniques are utilized. Specific activities include: - Assisting with interviewing applicants and participating in orientation and ongoing education - Helping with schedules and staffing decisions - Participating in performance reviews and enforcing personnel policies - Ensuring documentation complies with regulations for physicians and nursing personnel - Assisting with care planning and Continuous Quality Improvement efforts - Ensuring proper infection control techniques are used ## Who we are looking for We are looking for an RN with: - Current license by the State Board of Nursing - At least three years of nursing experience and one year of supervisory experience - Long-term care (LTC) / skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience strongly preferred - Excellent organizational and planning skills - Ability to coordinate with other departments - Strong interpersonal and communication skills If you are looking to make a difference in the lives of our patients and residents and grow within our organization, apply now!
